On 17 December 2007, Secretary Dante A. Ang of the Commission on Filipinos Overseas (center) witnessed the signing of the memorandum of agreement for the scholarship grant to Arnel Baldisimo and Winnerson Ingreso (standing), vocational students at the Don Bosco Youth Center (DBYC). The scholarship is sponsored by the Centre for Philippine Concerns – Australia (CPCA) under the CFO’s Lingkod sa Kapwa Pilipino (LINKAPIL) or Link for Philippine Development Program. Among the signatories in the MOA were Ms. Norminda Villanueva, Chair of CPCA (seated 3rd from right), Fr. Ferdinand Camilo, Rector of the DBYC (2nd from left) and Ms. Jennifer O. Gonzales, Executive Director of the CFO (3rd from left). Also present during the MOA signing were Ms. Nelia Reyes of DBYC (leftmost), and Ms. Katrina Manalo (rightmost) and Ms. Vicki Abarquez (2nd from right) of CPCA.
