Migrants Advisory Information System
The Migrants Advisory Information System (MAIS) is a computer-based information tool that aims to address the information needs of our countrymen who are considering migration as an option. It covers four (4) specific areas:

- Profile of Migrants Support Groups and Welfare Organizations Overseas
- Profile of Filipino Organizations Overseas
- List of Philippine Embassies and Consulates

Philippine Sectoral Development and Needs Profiling System
The Philippine Sectoral Development and Needs Profiling System was developed based from surveys of economic and development needs of 72 provinces.This information tool, which contains 568 projects grouped according to sectoral needs or sectoral groups, is intended to provide information to Filipinos overseas who may wish to undertake development-oriented projects in the Philippines.

Issue Monitoring System
In 1999, CFO developed the Issue Monitoring System to track national and international news that have bearing on Filipinos overseas and on CFO programs and services. The IMS contains articles on a wide array of topics that concern Filipinos overseas.

Case Monitoring System
The Case Monitoring System was developed by CFO during the first quarter of 1999 to effectively document and monitor cases involving Filipino nationals overseas. This information system will ultimately be shared with the DFA for effective monitoring and documentation of assistance-to-nationals cases. It is also intended to be harmonized with the information system of other government agencies which will participate in the Shared Government Information System for Migration (SGISM) as mandated under Republic Act 8042.
