SURVEY OF FILIPINO COMMUNITY CENTERS
AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS IN CANADA

Dear participant,

This survey questionnaire was developed with the view of identifying the needs of Filipino community centers and other organizations in organizing or providing relevant programs and services for the overseas Filipino community. The survey also intends to surface the expectations of centers and organizations from Philippine Foreign Service Posts and the Commission on Filipinos Overseas, in terms of support and assistance to activities initiated by the Filipino community.

Your response to the questions will help the organizers determine the appropriate program and agenda for a proposed Conference of Filipino Community Centers and similar organizations in Canada. Thank you for your valued cooperation.
